Responsibilities: -Arrange transportation and logistics services, such as shipping and air freight, to meet the specific needs of each shipment.
-Prepare and process necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and export/import documentation.
-To Coordinate & liaise with shipping liner for the sailing schedule, place booking, request CMO & etc...
-liaise with the customers for booking details, insert job, track and monitor all the daily job and proactively resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
-To ensure all SOP created, work flow, billing & etc are done in a timely manner

Age Range of Candidate: 20 - 35
Monthly Salary: MYR2000-MYR3000
Requirements: -Candidate Must Possess at least SPM holder & above.
-Required skill(s):
-Basic Computer Knowledge is Compulsory.
-Require language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English & Mandarin.
-Minimum 1-2 year(s) of working experience in freight forwarder industry.
-Capable of working independently, proactive, self-motivated and pleasant personality.
